We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our Product Development team, focusing on the innovation and refinement of Water Cooled Chillers. As a Senior Engineer, you will drive the design, optimization, and realization of cutting-edge water-cooled chiller systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of water-cooled chiller products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Spearhead the conceptualization and implementation of innovative features and improvements in chiller systems, leveraging your technical expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Conduct thorough performance analyses, testing, and validation of chiller systems, utilizing advanced engineering simulation tools.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cooling, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics to guide product development strategy.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, feasibility studies, and engineering reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC&R domain

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master's with 3+ years of experience or PhD degree is referred.
  • Experience in engineering simulation tools and CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, heat exchangers, and associated components.
  • Strong problem-solving acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to chiller systems.
