Looking for an analytical, strategic, self-driven and mature professional with strong commercial, technical, functional and people management skills. The candidate should be willing to work with diverse & large cross-functional teams spread across North America & Southeast Asia. Also, the candidate should have strong logical & influencing skills supported by meticulous planning & execution rigor.
The preferred candidate will sit in Kennesaw, GA; however, this role may sit anywhere in the US near a major airport.
Sales Enablement & Offering Management leader is responsible & accountable for enabling technical, commercial, and legal support to sales team and ensure:
The products being offered can be tailored to meet the customers' requirements by working closely with sales team.
Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Attend meetings with Sales Managers and act as a technical expert.
Have deep knowledge of a company's products or services and enable sales team to pitch differentiated offerings to prospective customers Support RFP and RFI process. This can help sales professionals to close business deals Identifying customer needs and creating a differentiated offering with strong value proposition to serve these needs while ensuring high ROI for the customers, working with engineering, sourcing, and delivery.
Outcome assurance & multisite product management teams to ensure on-time, on-cost NPIs Articulate product, value and service offerings to both sales leaders and customers, identify all technical solutions that can be offered to assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales and post sales process.
Defining the market positioning, pricing & target segments for the portfolio, developing sales & channel competencies to ensure sales volumes, drive revenue and gross margin as per defined AOP/targets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years of sales enablement experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) or in the Energy Management industry.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Customer facing experience in Solutions / Commercial / Legal is preferred.
Hands on experience in market segmentation, creating value proposition, new offering development.
Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Eminence experience desired. Strong influencing skills.
Organized and analytical with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Broad and deep understanding of technology across industry products, emerging standards, IT infrastructures and technology trends.
Equally at ease preaching to a room full of C-level stakeholders and building product integrations across technologies.
