As a Quality Systems Administrator, your role includes participating in key components of the Sensitech Quality Management System in accordance with company requirements and ISO/cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform under the general direction of the Quality Systems Manager in accordance with standard practices and ISO/cGMP regulations
  • Participate in support of ISO certification and surveillance audits
  • Participate in customer audits including supporting responsibilities within the Quality Assurance Department
  • Coordinate completion of supplier audits including managing the audit schedule for both on-site and postal audits, administrating and tracking postal audits, maintain archive of all audit reports, and maintain Approved Supplier List per effective controlled procedure
  • Contributor to the administration of Engineering Change Order Process
  • Coordinate, facilitate and participate in the completion of customer questionnaires.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating the internal auditing program
  • Manage the administration & control of the M&TE process and equipment including maintaining all records pertaining to the calibration and maintenance
  • Assist in the administration of the non-conformance, deviation and corrective/preventive action processes
  • Assist in Maintaining KPI metrics for Quality Assurance activities.
  • Reporting on the performance of the systems  for review and as a basis for improvement
  • Provide information for inclusion to the management review report

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of Quality Management System requirements, procedures and associated documents
  • Experience in maintaining ISO/CGMP Quality Management System
  • Experience in ISO/cGMP audits
  • Successful completion of a certified ISO Auditor Course
  • Attention to detail, independent initiative, learning agility and demonstrated collaboration skills
  • Established verbal and written skills, including the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Excellent computer skills (Including, but not limited to: Windows, Office, Visio, Project Manager, and Internet).
