Summary
Noresco is looking for a seasoned Maintenance Service Manager who will work independently, support the development of project plans, schedules and budgets for projects, facilitate work order management systems and supervise subcontractors to complete planned and demand maintenance. The ideal candidate will work with multiple customer team members to support the contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer contract requirements. Study and understand a complex public, private, partnership (P3) contract. Review regularly to support clarity of scope. Adhere to contract and manage client expectations to minimize scope creep. Understand penalty regime and implementation of penalties.
- Supports the development of written project plans, maintenance schedules, and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility to ensure adherence to the contract requirements.
- Tracks progress of planned maintenance activities in the work order system to support monthly reports and invoicing. Identifies/resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project .
- Work with managers to support cost forecasting on an annual basis. Develop cost estimates for maintenance related changes. Monitor monthly costs and to maximize project profitability.
- Supports measurement and verification energy engineers to determine if operators are impacting energy consumption.
- Maintains and presents written plans and monthly progress reports relating to business aspects of the project to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.
- Identifies and addresses project problems and recommends resolutions to ensure the successful completion of project requirements..
- Facilitates project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
- Attend meetings with multiple business partners. Create meeting minutes and distribute with action items, follow through on documentation of agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Manage subcontractors working on maintenance, repair, and inspection activities at the site.
- On site position includes inspect equipment and meet with customers and subcontractors. Generate site inspection reports and action plans as needed. The position reports Monday through Friday to an office in the Boiler Building Plant on Campus. This is not a remote or work from home position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of work order management experience
- 3+ years of experience working with any CMMS systems
- 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/Project/Power Point)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Project management experience
- Documentation experience with the following: meeting minutes, written narrative plans, service management plans, quality management plans, environmental plans, etc.
- Experience using Microsoft Project
