About this role
Leads multiple teams headed by Managers and/or Supervisors, establishing and executing Field Service objectives. Develops tactical and operational plans to ensure quality and consistency in solving complex client issues. Defines and reviews the sourcing strategies to allocate manpower efficiently, and coaches less experienced managers. Owns complex customer agreements, service levels, and the strategy and execution of complex key stakeholder issues. Presents updates to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital strategy at a regional and country level with regional stakeholders
- Developing short-term & long-term digital strategies across global aftermarket business
- Developing roadmaps and execution of project plans in support of Digital transformation
- Provide technical inputs to the foundry around key features that can be leveraged by field operations back-office team and field technicians.
- Drive prioritization, partner concern & resolution of incidents for digital launch
- Develop clear strategies, goals, and tactics to improve field labor efficiency.
- Ensure high level of connectivity uptime & strategy to maintain chiller health.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to drive specific outcomes and deliver results.
- Acts as subject matter expert and recommends solutions that leverage data to have a remote service delivery model.
- Actively monitors servicing quality levels, communicates opportunities for improvement, and collaborates with operations team to improve service levels.
- Ensures sound operational processes and procedures are developed and documented.
- Synthesize unstructured data to extract key insights
- Present recommendations and report outcomes to senior leaders
- Drive Digital productivity & report saving across all regions.
- Develop new solutions leveraging AI that facilitates sharing of expertise
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience digital transformation projects
- 5+ years’ experience in Project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Global environment experience
- Good understanding of Operational finance and cost productivity levers.
- Preferable Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience implementing digital projects in an operations environment
- Understanding the day to day processes related to the Field operations.
