About This Role
Carrier’s Replacement Components (RC) business is responsible for the supply of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts, in support of in and out of warranty Carrier equipment. The Commercial Parts Leader will be responsible for managing spare parts for commercial applied equipment. The Parts Leader will ensure that parts performance is closely aligned the Commercial HVAC (CHVAC) business segment’s lifecycle solution strategy, including service levels and customer satisfaction, for internal and external customers. The Parts Leader will report to GM North America Parts with dotted line reporting to the Executive Director, CHVAC Service & Aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure parts performance and alignment with the CHVAC business unit’s lifecycle solutions strategy
- Drive and maintain elevated service levels and performance to external customers and Carrier Commercial Service (field service)
- Define, baseline, monitor, and drive KPIs including fill rates, on-time delivery, and planning accuracy
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement activities across a range of parts fulfilment topics including planning, sourcing, warehousing / logistics, order management, and customer support
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews with executive team and support regular reporting of performance to key stakeholders
- Collaborate and customize solutions with cross-functional teams to address the unique needs of CHVAC field organization
- Act as the main point of contact within Replacement Components for all CHAVC related inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in operations leadership
- Ability to travel up to 30%

- Clear and concise communication (verbal and written)
- Impactful negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable organizing and analyzing large volumes of data and/or accounts to identify and address improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated leadership skills inclusive of establishing strategies, setting goals and objectives, empowering team members, and holding individuals accountable
