Spot Coolers is the largest portable air conditioning supplier in the United States with locations nationwide. Our portable cooling units and heating systems provide permanent or temporary (rental) solutions for short- and long-term cooling and heating needs. Spot Coolers provides temporary and emergency commercial air conditioning units, systems and services for people, equipment, buildings (offices) and companies throughout the nation. About this role
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to develop, implement, and optimize sales enablement strategies that support the sales team in their ability to generate and close opportunities.
This role will understand buyer journey and ensure sales teams are equipped to navigate conversations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver impactful sales training and development programs, ensuring the sales team has the requisite skills and knowledge to perform optimally
Create ongoing learning opportunities and resources that assist in advancing the skill set of the sales team
Sales Technology Management:
Manage and optimize the use of sales technology, including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, to ensure efficient lead tracking and data management
Evaluate and introduce new sales tools and technologies that enhance the productivity of the sales team
Metrics and Analytics:
Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments
Identify opportunities for improving sales processes through data analysis and metrics management
Sales Support and Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure the sales team is aligned and well supported
Provide insights and feedback from the sales team to relevant departments to ensure continuous product and process improvement
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree
5+ years of experience in sales operations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with sales CRM/tools
Industry experience in Rentals and/or HVAC
Certification in sales methodology or sales training
Ability to formulate and drive overarching sales enablement strategies
Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions
Ability to work effectively across different departments and teams
Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving strategic objectives
