This position is for a Customer Service Representative who is under immediate supervision. Assists with answering basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders. Responsible for developing basic skills in the execution of existing procedures. Uses detailed instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Works under immediate supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.
- Assists with obtaining customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.
- Assists with answering basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.
- Assists with resolving basic customers' service or billing complaints.
- Assists with keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS –
- Associates Degree
- Clear written and verbal skills
