We are seeking a self-motivated Account Order Manager to join our Syracuse, NY team. You will be the account representative for both direct and indirect commercial Strategic Account customers and provide front-line customer support from pre-order quotation through delivery.

Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with Strategic Account customers by serving as the primary point of contact.
Lead customer account management, including equipment ordering, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
Responsible for Carrier and vendor equipment scheduling and order management.
Partner with sales organization to facilitate order fulfillment by reviewing orders, customer documentation, and job-site follow-up.
Forecast and track key account metrics through our sales tracking process.
Manage, update and troubleshoot customer system requirements.
Provide an interface with the finance department by managing collections and resolving payment disputes.
Prepare order reports, invoices, and warranty registration.
File freight claims for direct sale customers.
Receive customer purchase orders, match to quotes, and verify terms and conditions.
New customer set-up.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of customer facing experience in an office setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
Salesforce experience.
SAP order entry experience.
Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication and sense of ownership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external contacts.
Ability to multi-task.
Follow-up throughout order lifecycle.
