About this role

We are seeking an established professional in Supply Chain Management. In this role you will work with limited supervision to achieve day-to-day objectives impacting supply chain strategies and operational goals. You will be responsible for making minor changes or enhancements to supply chain management processes and systems. Will explain policies, practices and procedures to other functions to support Supply Chain Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain CoE leaders on defining and cascading goals, metrics, and targets
  • Establish and oversee performance cadence review process i.e. stakeholder, KPIs follow-up, action plan, and reporting
  • Prepare performance review meeting minutes
  • Accountable for process maturity for all KPIs
  • Drive process improvements on collecting data, analyzing, tracking actions, and reporting
  • Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years plus experience in performance management for an industrial supply chain organization

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

  • Experience with large-scale performance management projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Independently driven problem solver
  • Appetite to address complex challenges in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to craft communications for executive audiences
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
