About this role

Carrier is hiring an Associate Field Service in the Kennesaw, GA area.  This candidate will help manage projects following project processes and, where applicable, provide direction to assisting Project Engineers within the service organization.  Entry-level Field Service professional. Member performing daily customer service activities, interacting with customers and field team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor budget/positive cash flow/subcontractor management.
  • Coordinating all construction resources internally and externally.
  • Communication/documentation/change orders.
  • Bringing projects on line, on time and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in Building Automation and Controls
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience in Construction, HVAC, and/or Building Automation preferred 
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong problem solving, planning, and project management skills
  • Ability to read and understand the scope of work
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
  • Maintains effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements
  • Contacts customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport
