About this role

Carrier World Head Quarters (Information Digital Technology) is seeking an experienced Product Manager - SAP Procurement-to-Pay (PTP) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our SAP-based procurement-to-pay processes. As a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, the successful candidate will drive innovations to optimize procurement and payment workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.

This is a hybrid role based out of Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the architecture, implementation, and optimization of the SAP PTP solutions
• Supervise the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all ERP, business systems and databases
• Provide configurating, developing, testing and deploying supervision on new and existing systems for optimal use
• Manage end users training on SAP PTP systems
• Utilize Enterprise Business Systems knowledge to the advantage of the SAP PTP product projects  
• Oversee the work associated with digital business analysis
• Work with other cross-function teams supporting other SAP modules or non-SAP applications to understand business requirements for proposed digital solutions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, or supporting large-scale integrated solutions
• 3+ years of experience in full life cycle SAP implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering
• SAP PTP consultant with leadership in SAP project implementation and management
• Coordinate with IT/SAP project managers to organize, plan and execute projects
• Manage cross-functional projects in large, complex organization.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience
• Knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment
• English verbal and written communication
