About This Role
The SIOP Process Lead will spearhead the optimization and enhancement of the supply chain planning processes to reach maturity objectives. The role will focus on streamlining and standardizing work, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment across the function to meet business objectives. They will be responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems leveraging best practices and industry benchmarks.
Job Description
Lead the development and implementation of SIOP processes and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination
Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste or cost in the system
Monitor SIOP key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify any process gaps or issues
Facilitate or support training and upskilling sessions for the SIOP organization on processes and tools
Manage SIOP related process, standard work, policy, and training documents ensuring they are current and accessible
Point of contact for all SIOP process, standard work, and policy related inquiries
Stay current on industry trends and innovations to inform process enhancements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or operations
2+ years of experience leading projects and collaborating across diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand forecasting, inventory management) highly desired
Advance skill in Microsoft suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
Project management experience.
Experience in consulting in Operations, Supply Chain Planning or Systems Implementation
Proven experience in leading cross-functional, global initiatives
Possible international travel as needed
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
