About This Role

Climate Solutions Americas is seeking a talented and experienced Logistics FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and leading financial forecasting and planning for our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a team: Oversee a team responsible for forecasts to support short-term business goals and decision-making.
• Quarterly and yearly planning: Lead the preparation of the quarterly forecast and the yearly planning cycle for US distribution centers.
• Forecast / accounting analytics & guidance: Provide freight rate guidance to support both the forecast / planning cycles and the monthly freight accrual process.
• Cost / performance analysis: Provide variance analysis for logistics expense and productivity performance versus target.
• Business Partnership:  Provides reports to functional or operational management on financial analysis results and recommendations.
• Controllership Mindset:  Manages financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office Suite, SAP and Hyperion HFM.
• Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented with experience in financial modeling.
