About this role

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Sales Excellence, Leader. This role is responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization. This role focuses on enhancing sales processes, increasing efficiency, and achieving business objectives through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

This position establishes objectives and guidelines for delivering proposals, implements operational plans, develops strategic relationships with stakeholders, and delivers presentations with business data. Creates models to predict oCarrieromes of business strategies and identifies strategic issues to develop plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of continuous improvement strategies that align with the company's overall business goals

  • Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and integration of continuous improvement processes

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success

  • Ability to think strategically and align continuous improvement processes with overall business objectives

  • Identifies and monitors the internal and external strategic issues which could affect growth and profitability, and develops objectives and plans

  • Develops acquisition proposals that meet strategic growth plans

  • Establishes key strategic and operational plans to drive business goals

  • Summarizes business, financial and economic data to deliver presentations to executives, managers, clients and other stakeholders with latest trends and information.

  • Develops strategic relationships with customers, competitors, suppliers and professional organizations to stay abreast of industry or business trends

  • Creates models for representing and predicting the oCarrieromes of various business strategies to drive the implementation of long-term strategies

  • USA, with the ability to travel 50% of time

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Continuous improvement or Operations Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

  • Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences

  • work collaboratively

  • Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and software (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong understanding of sales processes and operations
