About this role
The Carrier Program Management Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between strategic alliances, utility business programs, and end-use customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. By maintaining accurate project records and preparing insightful reports, the Senior Associate supports the smooth operation of vendor scheduling and onboarding processes. This role is essential in providing administrative support to strategic partners and alliances, while also fostering effective communication within Carrier's internal departments. With a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement, the Senior Associate proactively identifies opportunities for process enhancement, proposing innovative solutions to elevate efficiency and drive the success of energy efficiency initiatives.
The Program Management position requires a professional who can work independently to support both commercial and residential efficiency programs. This role involves analyzing data to recommend solutions for program issues, coordinating with vendors, maintaining progress reports, and facilitating engagements with customers, partners, and contractors. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Carrier Program Management Senior Associate, you will perform, but not limited to, activities and tasks listed below:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs and service-related issues
- Manage and upload all documents necessary for utility incentive processing across multiple commercial efficiency programs
- Coordinate all project scheduling with internal and external vendors
- Facilitate the flow of information amongst members of cross functional team.
- Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings at customer site locations
- Overall progress and health of projects and programs including mitigating risks
- Status of milestones and deliverables across the strategic alliance’s portfolio
- Assist with problem-solving, overcome project blockers, and mitigate risks
- Gather and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years project management and utility incentive processing
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Project Management-implementing HVAC systems, lighting, commercial project experience
- Commercial site projects
