About this role
The Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner at Sensitech is responsible for executing HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives across global regions. This role partners with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to implement workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and compliance strategies. The Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner ensures consistent delivery of HR services, supports leadership coaching, manages employee relations, and contributes to organizational effectiveness through operational excellence. This position plays a key role in fostering an inclusive culture, driving employee experience, and supporting change management efforts in alignment with Carrier’s global HR strategy.
This is a hybrid role based out of Beverly MA.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Execution: Implement HR strategies and programs aligned with CST and Carrier’s global direction. Translate business needs into actionable HR plans with measurable outcomes
- Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Support leaders in executing organizational structure changes, workforce planning, and resource optimization using data and analytics
- Talent Development: Operationalize talent programs including succession planning, leadership development, and skills readiness to meet future business needs
- Culture & Engagement: Execute initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and performance. Support change management and employee engagement efforts
- Leadership Coaching: Provide practical coaching to leaders to enhance team effectiveness, employee retention, and leadership capability
- HR Program Delivery: Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence (COEs) and Global People Services to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR programs across regions
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Guide the interpretation and application of HR policies. Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with U.S. and international labor laws
- Inclusion & Diversity Execution: Support the implementation of Carrier’s global I&D initiatives i.e., foster inclusive practices, promote diverse talent pipelines, and ensure equitable access to development opportunities. Partner with leaders to embed I&D principles into daily operations, team dynamics, and employee engagement efforts.
- Onboarding & Integration: Lead onboarding and cultural integration for new hires and leaders and ensure alignment with “The Carrier Way”
- Team Development: May lead or mentor regional HR professionals, and foster collaboration and executional excellence
- Special Projects: Contribute to HR initiatives such as M&A integration, continuous improvement, and operational transformation
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or organizational development
- Master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field
- Professional certification such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or GPHR
- Experience leading skills transformation initiatives, including upskilling and reskilling programs aligned with evolving business needs.
- Experience collaborating with Total Rewards teams to design and implement sales incentive structures that align with business goals and drive performance
- Supporting global business units or multinational teams
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
- Influence senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives
- English communication (verbal & written), analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Experience in technology, transportation, or manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Multilingual capabilities i.e. Spanish
- Experience in unionized environments and global compliance frameworks
- Lead HR programs from ideation through execution
