About this role

This role is crucial for supporting key sourcing and procurement initiatives by leveraging data analytics, driving supplier engagement, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage projects, validate data, and optimize our supplier network to ensure supply chain efficiency and success.


 Role Responsibilities: 

  • Data analytics 

  • Supplier engagement- support RFP process, drive supplier action items to closure, site support when needed 

  • Productivity & VA/VE progress tracking 

  • Support category mangers on projects, reports, data validation 

  • Coordinate resources, such as engineering and quality, in supporting supplier optimization and cost takeouts 

  • Assist in identifying suppliers for dual sourcing 

  • Assist in on-boarding new suppliers (schedule B) 

  • Coordinate and support QBRs Learnings 

  • Exposure to supplier negotiations 

  • Exposure to supplier selection (RFP) 

  • Process to on-board a new supplier 

  • COE engagement 

Required Requirements: 

  • Pursuing a degree in supply chain, operations, or business administration  

  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

  • Self-driven and proactive

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
