About this role
The Business Enablement Sr. Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business performance by ensuring that operations, processes, and teams are aligned with strategic goals. This position involves direct involvement with a range of activities designed to enhance efficiency, facilitate growth, and optimize resource utilization.
Role Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day business operations ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Strategic Alignment: Work with senior management to align departmental goals with overall business strategies and objectives.
- Project Management: Lead and manage key projects designed to drive business growth and improvement. Ensure that these projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and systems. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact between the business enablement team and other departments. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor performance metrics to track progress against goals. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to business operations and develop mitigation strategies to address these risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 10+ years of operations, accounting, or project management experience.
- 5+ years of HVAC operations experience.
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices.
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) as well as other financial software.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
