Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing data to support decision-making or project development

  • Delivering presentations or updates on assigned work

  • Shadowing professionals to understand workflows and industry practices

  • Conducting market or competitor research for strategic insights

  • Supporting cross-functional teams on ongoing projects

Role Purpose:

  • Enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects that reduce waste, improve safety, and boost productivity.

  • Gain exposure to manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, and quality control tools, preparing you for future roles in operations or engineering.

  • Optimize production workflows by assisting in process mapping, time studies, and lean initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing.

  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in relevant tools or software, such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, or industry-specific platforms.

  • Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Teamwork and collaboration skills especially in cross-functional environments
