Role Purpose

- As Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, enjoy exposure to both domestic and global projects, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape integrated campaigns that drive growth and innovation.
- This position will lead high-visibility vertical marketing initiatives while supporting global service strategies.

Role Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Integrate vertical marketing initiatives to deliver customer centric messaging and solutions.
- Develop global service marketing strategies aligned with enterprise objectives and growth priorities.
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Lead global and vertical campaigns ensuring cultural and sector relevance. Manage external vendors and oversee creative briefs, approvals, and ensure adherence to WHQ brand standards.
Insights and Analytics
- Research on market trends and customer needs. Use insights to refine messaging, identify growth opportunities and advance data-driven decisions.
Content Development & Vendor Management
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials tailored for specific personals including collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content. Manage external vendors for technical content creation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Verticals and Service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- 5+ years of experience working within vertical marketing strategies
- 5+ years of experience with campaign management including KPIs and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business
- Highly preferred strong experience with CRMs (Salesforce, hubspot, etc)
- Highly preferred strong experience with ABM campaigns
- HVAC, Building Automation, digital solutions, or related industries experience
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is $146,750. –$205,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
