About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive who will focus on delivering cutting-edge supply chain visibility solutions to the Aerospace, Industrial or Chemical Verticals. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by growing existing, developing new strategic customer relationships, and expanding our market share across North America. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise with proven sales leadership to translate customer outcomes to value-based solutions that enable customers to more effectively manage their cold chain operations. 

What do the key responsibilities of the role look like? 

  • You will create and maintain a healthy qualified pipeline to ensure quota coverage by focusing on Sensitech’s defined ICP. 
  • You will prospect on a consistent basis to uncover opportunities within your defined territory, market segments and verticals.
  • You will ensure that information is correctly entered into and actively managed within Salesforce - this includes all sales activities, accounts and opportunity updates. 
  • You will ensure your current opportunities are properly staged based on the criteria defined in Sensitech’s sales process. 
  • You will spend time developing relationships with Sensitech’s strategic customers to ensure long-term growth and to uncover referrals. 
  • You will work cross-functionally with leadership and other teams to build, execute, and revise a Go-to-Market strategy for your defined territory. 
  • You will represent and embody Sensitech’s, and Carrier’s, core values as the face of Sensitech to all potential customers.  The Carrier Way.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle, prospecting to close, sales experience with B2B customers.
  • 15% domestic travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience selling into the Aerospace, Industrial or Chemical Verticals.
  • Experience selling hardware, software and professional services.
  • Proficiency navigating customer organization, preparing and presenting proposals.
  • Ability to develop an opportunity pipeline and manage to close to support business’ plan.
  • Evidence of top-tier attainment performance in past roles.
  • A demonstrable track record of success in developing qualified pipeline through cold calling, prospecting and account development
  • Success in running an enterprise sales process in a complex sales cycle.
  • Experience with an enterprise grade sales methodology (Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger, Value Selling, Force Management, MEDDPICC, etc).
  • The ability to navigate and work with multiple stakeholders – both within Sensitech and with the customer
  • High motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
