External Description:

We are seeking an energetic, driven Inside Sales Associate who will support the Midwest Area (must reside in MI, KY, IN, or OH) of the Commercial Service business and reports to the area sales manager.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the outside selling organization by owning the quoting process for service repairs and parts opportunities.
• Support external contracting customers and partners by providing quotes for service repairs, parts, and equipment start-ups.
• Support key sales initiatives through customer research and outreach activities.

Role Purpose

• Excellent opportunity for those interested in future external sales or operations coordinator roles.
• Ability to interact with multiple external and internal customers and partners.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience within the HVAC industry in an external or internal selling role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree.
