About this Role
Entry-level Service Engineering professional responsible for developing product knowledge, maintaining effective communication with field team members, performing basic diagnostic procedures and conducting analysis to help resolve design/system related issues.
Will cover US and Canada
Key Responsibilities
- Manages and maintains effective communication with field team members to understand individual support requirements.
- Develops knowledge of products.
- Performs basic diagnostic procedures and partners with repair technicians to resolve problems.
- Analyzes information to help resolve design/system related problems.
- May repair, install or design equipment, tools and products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role.
- 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass an MVR with a Clean and valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC.
- Strong problem solving and planning skills.
- Ability to read and understand scope of work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines.
- A true team player who has the customer’s best interests first and foremost
