About This Role
This Manager, FP&A role is an individual contributor position responsible for supporting engineering and product platform teams through expense planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. The role will leverage finance systems, including HFM and Planisware, to ensure accurate data, strengthen planning discipline, and translate complex financial information into clear insights for business reviews, leadership updates, and cross-functional decision-making.
This is a hybrid position that requires three days in the office and two days remote per week.
Key Responsibilities
Lead expense planning, forecasting, reporting, and HFM data loads for engineering and product platform teams.
Strengthen Planisware financial processes to improve forecast accuracy, planning discipline, and process consistency.
Support cash forecasting and planning by partnering with functional teams to improve visibility to expected spend, timing of cash outflows, and forecast accuracy.
Manage and monitor headcount data, partnering with WHQ to support rate validation, Planisware updates, and HFM rollup accuracy.
Track internal transfers and cross-segment activity to support program reporting, improve cost visibility, and ensure accurate alignment of expenses across business segments.
Provide financial perspective in project, functional, and team meetings, including risks, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
Drive continuous improvement through standard work, process simplification, and stronger alignment across project and functional teams.
Required Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Preferred Requirements
MBA or CPA
HFM or Planisware preferred (nice to have)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis tools.
Ability to manage, validate, and reconcile large data sets with accuracy and efficiency.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear verbal, written, and visual insights.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a service-oriented approach and ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
