Experienced Account Management professional, overseeing and participating in various Account Management and customer relationship management processes. Responsible for representing the company's interests, and building business relationships to enhance account management performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Commercial VRF product sales and growth

  • Develop and manage joint growth strategies with Distribution, Reps, DSOs, and CSGM to increase customer base, covert contractors and engineers, and increase market share

  • Support distribution, DSOs, and Reps to meet their sales targets

  • Train the sales channel on VRF and marketing programs

  • Assist the sales channel to ensure satisfied customers

  • Identify product gaps, develop solutions to minimize the impact, and work with Product Management to prioritize and eliminate gaps

  • Assist the sales channel, service, and contractors to rapidly resolve issues

  • Examine marketing and sales statistics plus field conditions to identify opportunities and devise strategies for maximum growth and increased market share

  • Build consultative relationships and trust with distribution, DSOs, and Reps

  • Responsible for several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project

  • Contributes to their team or department by applying their knowledge of one or more functional areas

  • Fully developed professional able to work without direct guidance or direction from others

  • Has in depth knowledge of the discipline and role|

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC industry

  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA/MS degree

  • Sales experience working with and/or selling to distributors and proven ability to meet consumer and customer requirements

  • Proven history of rapid sales growth with satisfied customers

  • Knowledgeable about VRF products (operation, design guidelines, accessories)

  • Thorough understanding of market place dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitors programs

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to pull data from assorted sources and synthesis in both graphic and verbal format, so that it is easily understood by the target audience

  • Strong public speaking skills

  • Proven capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience

  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities

  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.​
