Carrier’s Digital Products and Software team is building solutions to reimagine systems that shape the way we live, work and play. We are seeking a passionate, creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Lynx® digital solutions team. Lynx is the infrastructure that digitally enables the Connected Cold Chain resulting in unprecedented visibility. The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing. Responsibilities include the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across a variety of channels including email, social, web, events and more. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a master of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines with a keen eye for quality and brand standards.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for but not limited to the activities and tasks listed below:
Collaborate with the global Communications & Marketing team to support marketing campaign execution.
Email operations: coordinate, build, test and deploy effective email campaigns
Website project management support
Work with the team to identify opportunities and help execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging, audience acquisition and social listening.
Assist with the design, build and execution of social media content
Work with the Lynx marketing team on the execution of a channel marketing projects
Coordinate with creative partners, vendors, and digital partners on various projects
Report on campaign performance, trends, etc.
Provide general support and help project manage various events, trade shows and conferences
Manage the department’s invoice, purchase order and expense tracking/reporting
Complete other duties/responsibilities as directed by marketing management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
2+ years of B2B marketing experience
6+ months of experience with project management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably in a SaaS/cloud environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills that reflect an ability to clarify and simplify complex issues and subject matters
Strong project management skills, interpersonal communication skills and a successful track record
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and proactive
Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency under demanding deadlines and balance multiple projects
Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
Familiarity with social media and marketing support platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, BrightEdge, etc.)
Ability to travel up to 20%, if required
This is a hybrid position located in Beverly, MA.
