We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Parts organization to support Carrier’s aftermarket parts transformation journey. We are looking for someone who can bring project management expertise and analytical capabilities to strengthen this skill set in the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with planning & logistics workstream lead to determine requirements of the project
  • Demonstrate broad knowledge of project management tools and processes
  • Create centralized visibility/accountability of planning workstream’s tasks/schedule for all stakeholders
  • Identify resource constraints and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issues
  • Responsible to document demand and supply planning processes for sites in scope
  • Assist in developing current logistics network mapping as well as suggested solutions going forward.
  • Ensure project execution and governance by tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process
  • Manage and communicate to stakeholders at the various levels throughout the organization through established meetings and as necessitated by project developments
  • Gather existing documentation or create new documentation of planning & logistics process across the aftermarket organization; this would include process maps, value stream maps, and data source identification
  • Provide basic analysis and feedback on proposed actions and opportunities across the global parts fulfillment network
  • Able to travel domestically and globally 50% of the time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and/or supply chain.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
  • Strong problem solving, planning and project management skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain and parts fulfillment processes
  • Ability to read and understand scope of work
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
  • Knowledge of project financial reporting
