About this role
The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the design, implementation and ongoing management of complex, high-value and high-potential customer programs in the Life Science vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with customers to conceptualize, configure and optimize the use of Sensitech hardware and software solutions. This includes software configuration, validation and implementation
- Identifies and applies approved analytics to transform customer data into information, then uses Cold Chain expertise and technical writing skills to communicate issues and actions to the customer as required
- Manage the content and delivery for customer reports and other communications according to defined department standards
Participates in the development of proposals, presentations, reports and other sales support activities - Manage programs in all stages of development: design, configuration, validation, testing, implementation, ongoing management and reporting
- Design, Create and Manage customer databases, analyze data and create reports
- Assist customers with the software validation process
- Provide continued support to customers in relation to Sensitech’s ColdStream /Sensiwatch and other Sensitech/Carrier applications
- Other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- BS or BA degree in any discipline
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
- Must possess current knowledge of FDA and EU regulations and be familiar with GxP software requirements
- Excellent project management skills with a proven record of accomplishment of leading long-term software implementations
- Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate complex principles and models in simple to understand terms
- Capability to learn and manage new software platforms quickly
- Ability to balance competing demands and deal with ambiguity and an environment of change
Strong critical thinking in complex situations - Proven ability to prioritize project deliverables and history of quality assurance across projects
- Experience working directly with customers at all levels
- Good knowledge of process improvement and quality management methods
- Ability to analyze large quantities of data and create detailed and actionable summaries based on sound statistical analysis and expert commentary
- Must have excellent technical writing and computer skills
- Adept at working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
