About this role

This position is for an Administrative Support who is under moderate supervision. Solves moderately complex problems and assists lower-level staff in gathering, verifying, and processing documentation. May assist in recommending, developing, and implementing new processes and analyses.

This role is an on-site role located in Bradenton, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating Edwards Learning Center training classes monthly for Bradenton FL, Scottsdale, AZ, and on-site classes in North America. 
  • Posting all classes to the instructor schedule and main Training calendar in SharePoint
  • Creating classes in the Manage Training section of the Edwards/Kidde Commercial MyEddie website, and activating them to show the availability of training classes in MyEddie and the public Edwards websites
  • Process invoicing for all training class attendees
  • Work with Latin America Training Mgr to schedule and coordinate quarterly training classes for Latin America teams in Columbia, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.  Process invoicing for all training class attendees
  • Schedule Zoom Meetings and invitations for all virtual instructor-led classes including VESDA and ModuLaser Air Sampling classes, and sales training classes
  • Moderate monthly dept webinars
  • Program all USB hasp programming keys for EST3 and VM classes and customer orders in the Key Manager tool
  • Schedule Pilot Freight shipment of training equipment and support materials for EST3 and VM for on-site training classes in the US
  • Add new vendors and create Purchase Orders in JDE system for customer support teams.  Maintain a log of all POs.
  • Assist customers on daily basis, monitoring and replying to email inquiries in Edwards Learning Center mailbox along with department voicemail.  This includes helping customers in VILT classes with eLearning, final assessment, certificates, and surveys during classes.
  • Assist partner Admin people enrolling technicians in training classes in MyEddie as needed.
  • Prepare classrooms and cafeteria for weekly training classes (copies, flash drives, giveaways, etc) and as-needed, coordinate lunches.
  • Create Training reports for staff & management (survey results, attendance stats, etc) utilizing Tableau
  • Assist Services & Aftermarket leader with project billings, reconciliations, and report creation
  • Maintain department and customer-facing policies
  • Maintain hotel partner relationships and policies

Required Qualifications:

  • GED/High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Office, Edwards ERP system JDE,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow-up
  • Resource for other customer support depts (Tech Support, Application Engineering, and Digital teams as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
