Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing network and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement a future-state network design that maximizes operational efficiency, enhances customer service levels, and minimizes total landed costs.

Optimize the supply chain network to ensure flexibility, scalability, and resilience in response to changing market dynamics.
  • Cost and Risk Analysis: Conduct comprehensive cost analysis, including transportation costs, warehousing expenses, inventory carrying costs, and overall network operating costs. Identify opportunities to reduce costs through network optimization, consolidation, or outsourcing. Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain network, such as single points of failure, geopolitical instability, or natural disasters.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement, sales, and finance, to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the network design. Engage with external partners, such as suppliers, carriers, and service providers, to ensure alignment and coordination in executing the supply chain network strategy.
  • Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the performance of the supply chain network. Regularly analyze network performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Commodity Sourcing Team to ensure partner selection is being optimized to support product requirements.
  • An entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new, innovative ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industry.
