About This Role

This role is for Sensitech, a Carrier Corporation, which leads the industry to faster end-to-end supply chain visibility. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for selling Sensitech’s offering of integrated information management systems and temperature-monitoring software and hardware solutions that provide customized in-transit solutions for temperature sensitive products. This position can be based in the eastern PA, NJ, NY or MA area and overseeing accounts within this region with up to 50% travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall Key Account management and growth of existing accounts assigned to the territory

  • Must have the ability to develop strategic plans for large multi-national accounts and the tactical action skills to implement them in order to exceed the financial goals of the territory.

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly / annual quotas

  • Develop a solid understanding of customer needs and requirements and collaboratively share this information with Product Marketing Management. 

  • Perform effective online demos, QBRs and web-presentations to prospects/customers

Required Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business with previous experience selling supply chain systems, IoT, SaaS, or services to the Life Science markets.

  • Experience in selling at all levels (high, wide and deep) within Life Science accounts specific to manufacturing, clinical, quality, packaging, cargo security, logistics and last mile.

  • Must have a history of developing strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to the customer and have a proven track record of managing complex, technical sales cycles.

  • Must have the ability to develop a strategic plan for the defined territory and the tactical action skills to exceed the financial goals of the territory.
