About this role

Carrier Commercial Service has an opening for a Service Coordinator at our Mississauga office, reporting to the Service Manager. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to leverage technology to enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the service branch for the Greater Toronto Area.

This is an onsite role in Mississauga.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule work orders for repairs, communicate of scope of work and time requirements
  • Update and organize the parts database
  • Manage prioritization of repairs
  • Maintain documentation related to service and training
  • Handle customer requests
  • Adhere to scheduling guidelines and work order priority to load schedule

Basic Qualifications

  • Post-secondary qualification
  • 3 years plus administrative or coordination experience

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software/systems
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities
  • 1 year plus HVAC service industry coordination or administrative experience
