About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Process Excellence in Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) to lead our efforts in defining and implementing state-of-the-art SIOP processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing best practices, ensuring process compliance, and facilitating seamless collaboration among our diverse business units. This position will report to the Director SIOP, Center of Excellence and be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Process Definition and Implementation: Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient SIOP processes tailored to Carrier’s needs.
Best Practices: Identify, establish, and promote industry-leading best practices to ensure [Company Name]'s SIOP maturity evolves in line with market advancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with leaders across business units, finance, sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure alignment in S&OP activities.
Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs and monitoring mechanisms to routinely evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of SIOP processes, making necessary adjustments.
Change Management: Drive change initiatives related to SIOP, ensuring all stakeholders are trained, engaged, and committed.
Process Documentation: Create, maintain, and disseminate process documentation, templates, and guidelines for SIOP activities.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure that all business units are regularly updated on SIOP activities, milestones, and objectives.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the SIOP process and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in S&OP or SIOP designing and implementing successful SIOP processes
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
Master's degree or MBA
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in S&OP software tools and platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
