Use your logistics and problem solving skills to coordinate shipments and ensure sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately to meet customer satisfaction. An outstanding Traffic Associate should be dependable, possess a sense of urgency, and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with freight forwarders, shipping carriers, and couriers to execute shipments 
• Completes shipping, hazardous goods material, and export documents 
• Work across shipping department to improve delivery time and error free shipments 
• Support Customer Service and Sales team by providing freight and rate quotes. 
• Engaged in problem solving in logistics process 
• Communicating across multiple departments 
• Work independently with little direct supervision to meet daily goals  

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required 
• 2+ years of experience in Logistics/operations/manufacturing 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Excellent systems skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint 
• Experience in ERP/MRP systems 
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems 
• Strong working knowledge of Logistics processes 
• Excellent coordination and critical thinking skills
