Carrier’s Digital Growth and Strategy team is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Operations to manage and support a range of complex digital operations and strategy projects. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders and practitioners, this role will help ensure progress towards committed goals and identify operational improvements to drive revenue and organizational integrity

About this role

In this role you will lead a large team of experienced Digital Program Management professionals or team leaders. Manages technical project/program management work requires the incumbent to have some foundational knowledge in the specific area in order to advise on scope changes, QA and other more technical aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute on strategic and operational projects
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives to drive desired outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to improve our ability to execute on our strategy.
  • Partner with strategy lead to optimize and manage goal alignment process.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure priorities are actioned effectively.
  • Act as a deputy for Senior Director in cross-functional meetings or similar.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Develop and optimize operational strategies and processes to drive accountability.
  • Design and implement governance processes across the global digital function (e.g., toll-gating for large investments, processes for accelerated investments).
  • Support strategy related to functional operating budget and related initiatives
  • Partner with finance to monitor and report overall functional spend.
  • Ensure financial resources are allocated against strategic priorities.
  • Establish new processes to ensure strategic intent is realized in operational planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally to establish and optimize organizational design
  • Shape global organizational strategy to improve efficiency, in partnership with finance and HR.
  • Develop processes to govern successful implementation of strategy.
  • Track and monitor performance to prove return-on-investment.
  • Lead special projects related to organizational design and improvement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • 5+ years of experience working in business operations and/or in a Chief of Staff capacity
