About This Role
The candidate would be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on video teleconferencing equipment and Web Meeting platforms being deployed enterprise wide. This includes providing L1/L2 help desk support as needed. The individual would also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling working plans for hardware and software installations, onsite video device commissioning and software configuration, performing system testing, and end user training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all corporate video and web conferencing technologies
- Provide information training, mentoring and knowledge transfer for corporate video and web conferencing solutions to business end users
- Help create audio visual, telecommunications, and conference room standards
- Coordinate efforts to schedule and lead executive level Moderated Web Meetings with business units and internal departments
- Assist with live production events as required
- Coordinate and participate in testing of new products and features
- Develop training and adoption techniques upon roll out of new products and tools including methods to measure adoption and customer success
- Perform research on industry tools and best practices
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Unified Communications industry and understand the key players in the space

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of working experience within one or more of the following: AV technical support, live event production, systems administration/support, networking, IT infrastructure deployment, audio visual support, telecom support.
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with AV technologies including but not limited to Video Conferencing and Web Meeting Platforms such as Cisco CUCM and Zoom
- 2-year college degree or technical/trade school certification in audio / video technologies, information technology/system or related field preferred. CTS certification preferred
- Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, Zoom and others
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & O365
- Demonstrate ability to exercise good judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including but not limited to overnight travel, on call after hours and weekends. Some after-hours support as required.
- Must be able to explain technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.
- Certifications in any related field or technology are a plus
