About this role
Looking for a Workday Talent Acquisition leader to analyze, design, implement, and support the Recruiting and Onboarding technology transformation activities globally. The work involves close partnership with the HR Technology team members globally as well as stakeholders in the HR Business COEs, Digital/IT, and External Vendor organizations. Key objectives include delivery of best-in-class HR technology solutions that support business needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, designing, configuring, and testing solution options in Workday for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
Stay current with Workday Talent Acquisition products and other third-party complementary product strategies for potential deployment opportunities at Carrier.
Be a subject matter expert to business stakeholders, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues related to Recruiting and Onboarding business processes.
Provide Workday production support, including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to design, configurations, business processes, integrations, and data.
Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors on determining additional Workday and complementary technologies in the Talent Acquisition functional area for deployment at Carrier.
Participate in Workday’s periodic product release planning and testing and proactively remain informed about Workday's new feature sets. Understand release impact against current system configurations.
Collaborate with HR Technology leadership and business end-users to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Recommend appropriate solutions and business process workflows.
Coordinate testing to ensure that the product functionality and all upstream/downstream integrations are working as designed. Ensure that the required specifications are met with efficient, accurate, and quality information.
Create/maintain the product documentation, including content updates for the user guides/job aids.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least three years of experience in Workday Talent Acquisition
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications in Workday HCM and Recruiting are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization.
Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA.
