As a Senior HR Generalist, you will impact the success of our organization by effectively managing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our employees in a regional HR Model. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to the regional HR model and manufacturing sites.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
  • Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations matters and guide on HR-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resource generalist role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
  • Experience in supporting a regional model and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
