Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and guidance to the regional HR model and manufacturing sites.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters and guide on HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resource generalist role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
- Experience in supporting a regional model and manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
