Carrier is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!
About This Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing marketing content across our various consumer-facing websites. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth. This role will assist with creating content, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and testing user experiences that drive website engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an insights-driven, best-in-class website portfolio.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for multiple consumer-facing HVAC websites and an indoor air quality e-commerce website.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search visibility
- A/B test user experiences to enhance online interactions and conversions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Create and develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement for future programming and provide performance results to senior leadership. Also, provide deep-dive analysis including website analytics and competitive comparisons.
- Plan and execute effective search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- Manage e-commerce customer reviews.
- Facilitate the process for all necessary legal clearances.
- Manage internal cross-functional relationships, collaborate with product marketing, digital technologies, other brand marketing team members and manage agency partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 + years of marketing
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or relative field
- Experience in digital/e-commerce experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management, strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing consumer marketing, e-commerce, and CRM. Demonstrated track record of defining and executing highly effective marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Agency management experience.
- Experience with digital/e-commerce best practices.
