About this Role:

The purpose of this position is to support Carrier and Engineering University in all areas, with a focus on platforming, sustainability, data centers, top 6 technologies, and Engineering Operations learn about several aspects of Carrier and work with colleagues in various levels and roles within Carrier.
 

Role Responsibilities:

  • The person in this job provides logistical support, research for and strategic engagement for all elements of the Knowledge Management Ecosystem. These elements include the Carrier Engineering University courses and events, Deep Smarts, IACET accreditation, Engineering Standard Work and Lessons Learned.
  • This person will be willing to learn share point to make light web site edits. The ideal candidate will also be able to use Power BI or similar tools to collect and report critical data. The person will be expected to assist team members, instructors, and key stakeholders with a variety of tasks and activities.
  • The person who fills this role must be a good communicator (oral and written), be adaptable to changing requirements, and be willing to learn. The person must be willing and able to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and must be able to work independently, displaying a high level of attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications
 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or communications.
  • GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
