About this role
Commercial HVAC Operations is searching for a Supply Chain Management Specialist at our Charlotte factory location.
This position is for an experienced Supply Chain Management Specialist professional who take responsible for the supply & demand planning processes; make moderate improvements to systems & processes to enhance performance; and work with suppliers’ internal team to meet customer requirements and KPIs.
The Supply Chain Management Specialist for Water-cooled production line will work onsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Management teams across the Supply Chain disciplines to identify gaps in supply chain processes and implementations
- Conduct root cause analysis and identifies strategies to bridge the gaps
- Participate in implementation of identified processes and monitors to closure
- Assist in identification of opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions
- Resolve escalated issues with vendors and Supply Chain management
- Adhere to import, export, and excise regulation as per compliance
- Could manage Supply Chain planning parameters
- Ensure parts orders are placed on time, when needed and that material arrive on time
- Minimize excess inventory
Basic Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- 4+ years of materials, sales, inventory or/and operations planning experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Leadership and/or cross functional influence experience
- Analytical mindset
- Problem solver
- English verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel Advanced and SAP experience
- Project management skills
- Work cohesively and interact with international/outside vendors and internal stakeholders
