About This Role
Carrier is in the midst of a massive Digital Transformation – and our Digital Function is looking for a leader to define and champion our digital workforce engagement strategy. This leader will manage our global engagement initiatives, both intra-functional and inter-functional. This position sits within our Digital function in our Digital Growth & Strategy team and will work in close partnership with our broader Digital and HR functions. Ideally suited for a driven individual, this role affords significant exposure to cross-functional leadership, true opportunity to make an impact, and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent & Engagement:
- Develop end-to-end employee engagement journey, from onboarding through advanced career development, with tailored programming at each phase.
- Mobilize cross-functional global Digital Talent Council to operationalize key Digital people programs.
- Curate leadership focus groups based on employee feedback surveys to glean key opportunity areas– and use these focus group insights to shape engagement programming for target populations.
- Launch and iterate our new talent rotational program to enable global cross-pollination.
- Develop engagement strategy for business integration – including cultural assimilation survey, reverse mentorship program, and global event engagement approach.
- Refresh Digital career paths, in alignment with broader skills strategy.
- Publish culture and engagement roadmap, including key milestones and success metrics for regular report-outs.
Culture & Experience:
- Develop return-to-office engagement events for in-person collaboration and connectivity.
- Define and execute key people programs to drive employee engagement and build a positive work environment.
- Own large-scale Digital engagement events end-to-end, from concept and content development to event production.
Training & Communication:
- Orchestrate in-person training and engagement sessions for upskilling and collaboration.
- Organize workshops and hackathons for in-person collaboration, knowledge sharing, and skill building
- Reimagine global engagement communications, including short-form informational video series and written communications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, workforce development, communications strategy, and/or talent engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, English, Psychology, Sciences).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: This position is remote or onsite based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
