About this role: 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B technical sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting our innovative HVAC and power equipment solutions to new and existing customers across Georgia and Alabama. 

You will manage and grow your assigned territory by developing long-term customer relationships and partnerships. This includes consulting with customers on both emergency needs and planned rental projects. The ideal candidate will be focused on achieving annual sales targets, growing our rental services, and managing cash flow. Strong account management skills and the ability to provide superior value and service are essential for success in this position. 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment. 

  • Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customer. 

  • Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management. 

  • Consult with customers for emergency requirements and planned rental projects. 

  • Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service. 

 

Basic Qualifications:  

  • HS Diploma or GED. 

  • 3+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC inside and/or outside sales experience.  

  • Ability to pass an MVR background check. 

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • B2B HVAC rental sales 

  • CRM experience; Salesforce  

  • Ability or understanding of PowerPoint - presenting and putting slide decks together and modify based on the customer 

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills  

  • Ability to identify and bring in new customers and grow existing book of business; cold calling, knocking on doors, etc.
