About This Role:
The role of Office Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our Beverly office environment. An Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Key areas of work include Administrative support, Office Maintenance, Staff Co-ordination, Budget Management and HR co-ordination and support.
Job Description:
Office Operations
Front Desk Management: Actively manage the front desk operations
Vendor Management: Oversee the management of food vendors
Invoice Management: Handle invoice and bills for all vendors in co-ordination with our Accounts Payable team
Supply Orders: Manage office and kitchen supply orders in co-ordination with our Facilities Manager
Wayfinding: Maintain knowledge of the office layout, manage it, and help new hires integrate into our office.
Perks Management: Work with our established vendors to arrange and distribute the different perks to staff.
Food Setup: Organize food setup for official events at office
Mail Sorting: Sort and distribute official mail
HR Coordination:
Help manage the Early Careers Program:
2025 and 2026 Intern Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for 2026 interns and also program manage this for this year’s interns.
Job Postings: Post job openings on the institution’s website
Winter and Summer Activities and Presentations: Organize events such as welcome breakfasts with new hires (NHs) and hiring managers (HMs), leadership meetings, lunch and learns, and volunteer days for the company.
NDCR Program: End to End management of the NDCR program for Sensitech Beverly
Onboarding:
Onboarding new hires to Sensitech Beverly office and manage related activity.
Manage the Distribution lists – Regular update and refresh of the Group DLs
Leadership Event Management: On-site and off-site logistics co-ordination
Townhall Support working with Marketing teams
Offboarding:
Support in facilitating any offboarding related processes which could include Collecting equipment, reminding employees to clean up their desks, and deactivating badges.
HR Support:
Extend HR support and partnership to the Production teams in Beverly and Redmond within shared scope.
Engagement activities:
Winter Party: Organize the yearly Winter Party which is an annual event – end to end logistics and sub-events management.
Summer Party: End to end logistical handling of the Summer event for all employees at Beverly.
Other Recurring Events: Order monthly cupcakes and coordinate theme lunches with the engagement team
Engagement Committee Chair and Communications: Schedule and chair bi-monthly meetings, and update the yearly Engagement calendar with activities lined up for the year
Volunteer Event Coordination: Organize drives and offsite opportunities
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an Administrative/Office Management role
