About the role:
The Residential Education team is looking for a candidate to fill an open position which will be responsible for daily administrative tasks related to the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as assist in the development of our customer experience within the LMS. This position will be responsible for fully understanding the administrative functionality of our LMS, the end-user experience, and opportunities for enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully understand and perform the administrative functions of customer facing LMS, such as scheduling of classes, registration of students, tracking of attendance, invoicing of classes, new account management, standard process documentation and communicating with both customers and vendors.
- Effectively communicate with the LMS end-user regarding their specific user experience and needs.
- Identify and outline valuable opportunities for user experience enhancements.
- Collaboration with vendor partners during testing and integration of LMS enhancements
- Address and troubleshoot LMS related customer service concerns in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 + years of LMS administration experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
- Exceptional customer service skills with keen attention to detail.
- Self-starter with strong business understanding
- Basic understanding of course development software such as Articulate Storyline
- Experience providing customer service, related to an eCommerce site
- Experience developing requirements for enhancements specific to customer experience
- Skilled with Adobe suite of products such as Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple urgent deadlines
