The Retail Success Manager will provide critical support to the Sales Account Manager, focusing on administrative, project, and supporting sales tasks that enable the manager to dedicate more time to strategic selling, business development and customer engagement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Validate project scope and ensure all proposal parameters are clearly defined.

  • Clarify remote support boundaries for Automated Logic Controls (ALC).

  • Coordinate and schedule store installation visits, ensuring overnight weekday timing to avoid overtime costs.

  • Submit Salesforce bookings promptly upon customer funding and manage required booking documentation.

  • Process change orders and resolve booking team inquiries or inaccuracies.

  • Maintain accurate customer data and project details in Salesforce, including configurations and prototypes.

  • Track project activity and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support sales growth in retail and commercial markets through proposals, estimates, and presentations.

  • Collaborate across functions—sales, service, operations, finance, and legal—to facilitate contracts and business development.

  • Participate in bids, trade shows, customer training, and relationship-building activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 3+ years of administrative or sales support experience.

  • 3+ years of Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative or sales support experience in the HVAC or controls industry.

  • Strong Salesforce proficiency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Skilled at communicating across all levels of the organization.

  • Collaborative team player, willing to partner on projects.
