About this role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Sales Coordinator to support our sales enablement and operations and serve as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and vendors. This role includes responsibilities such as customer portal registration, vendor compliance, legal contract coordination, trade show support, and marketing support. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register the company on customer portals and maintain current documentation to ensure access and compliance
  • Complete and submit customer/vendor onboarding forms, including W-9s, banking info, and product details
  • Obtain and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for customers and vendors
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to facilitate contract reviews, NDAs, and agreements
  • Ensure ongoing vendor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor-related administrative tasks, including resolution of vendor management issues or escalations
  • Assist with the implementation of employee background check compliance and required documentation for National Accounts
  • Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, logistics, operations) to support sales operations and order fulfillment
  • Identify relevant trade shows and industry events; coordinate registration, logistics, and internal communication
  • Source and order branded promotional items (“swag”) and prepare sales/marketing materials for trade shows
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and bids
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft office products
  • 1+ years of experience is sales
  • 2+ years of experience in an office role as coordinator, administrator and/or dispatcher

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with Legal or Compliance teams on contract management and onboarding processes
  • Hands-on experience with Five9 platform**

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. 

Pay Range:

The annual salary for this position is $66,250–$92,750.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
