About This Role
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for end-to-end logistics planning and execution for outbound shipments, including replacement components (RCD), accessories, and finished units. This position ensures on-time delivery, audit compliance, transportation performance, and inventory accuracy across the shipping network.
This role serves as the primary link between planning, transportation providers, and shipping execution teams to ensure seamless outbound flow and customer delivery performance.
Job Description
Logistics Planning & Transportation
Own daily and weekly transportation planning for units, RCD, and accessory shipments
Coordinate carrier scheduling, routing, and shipment consolidation activities
Monitor shipment execution, track ETAs, and lead recovery actions for delays
RCD & Accessory Shipment Operations
Lead execution of RCD shipments including reservations, material coordination, and release readiness
Oversee accessory shipment planning and fulfilment to ensure completeness and timeliness
Partner cross-functionally with planning, materials handling, and customer teams
Auditing & Shipment Quality
Ensure all outbound shipments are audited prior to release
Standardize audit processes across units, RCD, and accessory shipments
Partner with quality to ensure compliance for shipment readiness
Inventory Accuracy (Accessories & Yard)
Own accessory and yard inventory accuracy
Drive cycle count discipline, discrepancy resolution, and system alignment
Maintain visibility into ready-to-ship vs. constrained inventory
Provider Performance & Continuous Improvement
Monitor carrier and logistics provider performance (OTIF, damages, delays)
Escalate failures and provide structured feedback to Category Management and Delivery Assurance
Lead corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment
2+ years of experience with ERP systems (i.e. SAP)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Business Administration
Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
People leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Knowledge of RCD / aftermarket fulfilment processes
Lean or continuous improvement experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior experience with shipment planning tools
