ABOUT THIS ROLE
•Leads service delivery for mission-critical data centers ensuring uptime and contract compliance
•Manages multi-site service contracts, aligning maintenance with strict customer procedures
•Proactively identifies risks and drives cross-functional resolution before escalation
•Maintains strong customer presence and ensures accurate invoicing and receivables management
OPERATIONAL OWNERSHIP & SERVICE EXECUTION
•Primary operational contact ensuring fulfillment of contractual and service obligations
•Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance execution with field teams across multiple sites
•Identifies risks impacting uptime and coordinates mitigation across service, engineering, and operations
•Delivers consistent, accurate service performance data and reports to foster transparency
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•High School Diploma or GED
•2+ years of experience in account management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience in mission-critical operations and high-availability environments
•Strong customer leadership
•Data-driven analysis
•Problem-solving, and execution discipline
•Experience with scheduling and sales force
